About Us

About this site:
In an initial search for some information about working from home in early 1999, very little UK based info was found. As a result, this website was born. The third millennium has dawned and although homeworking has always been around it is a growing choice for many. Homeworking.com is one of the best starting places for homeworking - use it as a springboard to help you get focused and think about what you want and what you could do. There is information for employers too, as well as people already working at home. This website is a resource - it is not a job directory! Real work at home is elusive but not impossible. Read our Case Studies for some examples. - Caroline Tresman, Founder and Editor (October 2003)
